Young Adult Classes
Ages 5-16, classes are held on Monday and Wednesday
Classes Resume 2/2/2026
Monday/Wednesday Beginning Class students may add classes on February 2, 4, 9, 11 to make up for classes missed due to the weather shut down from 6:50-7:40pm on those dates.
Monday/Wednesday Intermediate and Advance class students may add classes on February 2, 4, 9, 11 to make up for classes missed due to the weather shut down at the following times on Monday and Wednesday, 6:00-6:50pm and/or 7:40-8:30pm on the dates above as well.
Tuesday/Thursday Adult 6:00-6:50pm and Black Belt Prep 6:50-7:40pm students may attend either the Adult or Black Belt Prep classes on February 2,4,9,11 to make up the missed classes due to the weather shut down.
We appreciate your understanding regarding last week and will provide the above information in writing and discuss it during class as well over the next several classes.

Weather Update
The FAC has been closed and operating under modified hours this week due to the weather. The modifications mean we will continue to have no classes Thursday 1/29. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and will return to the normal schedule next week. We will provide information regarding the classes missed soon. Please stay safe, warm and practice
