Ready Position 12:00
- Step with left foot to 9:00 while facing 12:00 in a horsestance. “kia”
- Punch with right hand, then a slow punch with the left hand, then a fast punch with the right hand and then left.
- Leaving the left punch out, slide left foot to right and step to 3:00 with right foot while facing 12:00.
- Punch slowly with right hand, then a fast punch with the left hand, then right.
- Shift to a right forebalance at 2:00 and scoop block with the right hand.
- Front kick to 2:00 with left foot and set left foot down in left forebalance.
- Punch with left hand then right hand.
- Move left leg to 10:00 in a left forebalance and scoop block with left hand.
- Front kick with right foot.
- Set right foot down at 10:00 in a right forebalance and punch with your right hand and then left.
- Leave left hand out and step to 12:00 in a right forebalance.
- Press block with right handover left and then left over right.
- Punch with right hand.
- Leave right hand out and step forward in left forebalance.
- Press block with right hand over left and then left over right; punch with left hand.
- Walk forward in right forebalance and punch with right hand. “kia”
- Left side fighting stance side kick and elbow smash.
- Turn to 6:00 in a right side fighting stance.
- Side kick and elbow smash.
- Fold for open hand box block on right hip.
- Move left foot to 3:00 in left seid fighting stance.
- Open hand box block.
- Walk forward in right forebalance.
- Spear thrust with right hand to midsection.
- Fold for open hand box block on left hip.
- Move right foot clockwise to right side fighting stance at 9:00.
- Open hand box block.
- Walk forward and spear thrust with left hand to midsection.
- Move left foot to left forebalance at 6:00.
- To-san block with left hand and punch with right.
- Walk forward in right forebalance.
- To-san block with right hand and punch with left.
- Skip up.
- Backfist with left hand to 6:00 and land on left foot. “kia”
- Turn clockwise, with right foot crossing over left, to right forebalance at 3:00.
