Ready Position 12:00

  1. Low block with left hand in left forebalance to 9:00. “kia”
  2. Walk forward in right forebalance punch with right hand.
  3. Move right leg to right forebalance to 3:00 then low block with right hand.
  4. Walk forward then punch with left hand.
  5. Move left foot to 12:00 in a left forebalance then low block with left hand.
  6. Walk forward then punch with right hand.
  7. Move right foot to right forebalance then low block with right hand at 6:00.
  8. Walk forward in left forebalance then punch with left hand. “kia”
  9. Move left foot to 3:00 in left back stance then scoop block with left hand.
  10. Walk forward in a right forebalance then punch with right hand.
  11. Move right foot to right back stance 9:00 then scoop block with right hand.
  12. Walk forward in left forebalance then punch with left hand.
  13. Move left foot to left back stance 6:00 then scoop block with left hand.
  14. Walk forward in right forebalance then punch with right hand.
  15. Move right foot to right back stance 12:00 then scoop block with right hand.
  16. Walk forward in left forebalance then punch with left hand.
