Ready Position 12:00

  1. Right hand, fist, left hand open, move feet together.
  2. Move hands above head, connect at palm, move both hands to left hip, right fist on left palm.
  3. Right foot steps to 10:00, left foot steps behind right foot- left hand twists clockwise, fingers on top, and thrusts right to 12:00 KIA!
  4. Left Fore balance facing 6:00 – right hand scoop, left hand scoop.
  5. Turn with the back foot, right side fore balance, right hand scoop, left hand scoop.
  6. Step armachee in a right side fore balance at 3:00, punch with left hand, scoop with left hand, left hand folds at chest, straight arm out 12:00.
  7. Step to horse stance at 12:00, right hand punch, scoop right hand, left hand punch, scoop left hand, right hand punch.
  8. Fold right side Fighting stance sudo, Fold step left side sudo, Fold step right side sudo, Fold step behind left side sudo.
  9. Cross hand grab toward 1:00, pull arms in to body, come around side kick to 12:00 KIA!
  10. Land in a Left side sudo in fighting stance, at 6:00 hands chamber, step out with right foot, double punch.
  11. Right hand comes back, point with left hand, punch with right hand.
  12. Turn with left foot to deep fighting stance at 12:00, grab and remove with right hand, left hand open to chest out to 12:00.
  13. Come around crescent kick right foot to left hand, land in attention at 9:00.
  14. Left hand up, right hand down, block once (right hand up, left hand down), block twice (left hand up, right hand down).
  15. Left hand open to chest out to 6:00, come around crescent kick right foot to left hand, land in attention at 3:00.
  16. Left hand up, right hand down, block once (right hand up, left hand down), block twice (left hand up, right hand down).
  17. Turn with right foot in attention at 6:00.
  18. Right side Yok-jeen, relay front kick left leg, land in left side fore balance.
  19. Double punch to left side, twist right fist on top, left fist facing up (Heart and stomach).
  20. Step back, left side Yok-jeen, right fist on top rest front kick.
  21. Double punch to right side, twist left fist on top, right fist facing up (Heart and stomach).
  22. Step back, turn in left side fore balance, left foot at 10:00.
  23. Scoop right hand, flip hips at 5:00, Scoop left hand.
  24. Fold, making “plus” with hands on right hip (right hand on bottom, left hand on top at wrist).
  25. Step cross right foot in front of left, step left foot out to 11:00 in deep fighting stance, left side sudo.
  26. Fold on left hip, hands in a “plus” (left hand on bottom, right hand on top, at wrist ).
  27. Step cross left foot in front of right, step right foot out to 1:00 in deep fighting stance, right side sudo.
  28. Step left foot to right foot at 12:00, Right hand, fist, left hand open KIA!
  29. Move hands above head, connect at palm, move both hands to left hip, right fist on left palm.
  30. Step out to ready position at 12:00.
  31. Go to attention.
  32. Bow with head up.
  33. Say “Thank you, Sir”
  34. Back to ready position.
